Refund & Cancellation Policy
Please review our billing policies regarding subscriptions, cancellations, and refunds.

At DaddyDealer.ai, we provide access to real-time AI property intelligence and market data. Because our platform incurs immediate artificial intelligence compute costs and provides instant access to premium data upon subscription, our billing policies are strictly enforced.
1. General "No Refund" Policy
All purchases and subscription payments made on DaddyDealer.ai are final and non-refundable. We do not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions, nor do we issue refunds for unused time, lack of usage, or dissatisfaction with the AI-generated results. Once a billing cycle has been charged, the sale is final.
2. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your premium subscription at any time through your Account Settings. Cancellation prevents future billing charges. If you cancel before your current billing cycle ends, you will continue to have full access to your premium features until the final day of your paid cycle. Your account will then downgrade to the free/basic tier automatically.
3. Exceptions & Billing Errors
We will only issue a refund or account credit under the following exceptional circumstances:
- You were double-charged due to a technical error on our payment gateway.
- Your account was charged after you successfully completed the cancellation process (proof of cancellation required).
If you believe a billing error has occurred, you must contact us within 7 days of the charge appearing on your statement.
