1. Description of Service
DaddyDealer.ai provides an AI-powered aggregator and search tool designed for real estate professionals. The platform monitors, extracts, and summarizes publicly available property listings and requirements. We are a technology provider, not a real estate broker, agent, or property manager.
2. Accounts and Subscriptions
To access premium AI features, you must purchase a subscription. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are subject to our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or share login credentials with unauthorized users.
3. Prohibited Conduct
As a user, you agree NOT to:
- Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to extract data from DaddyDealer.ai.
- Resell, distribute, or sub-license the AI-generated leads provided by our platform.
- Use the platform to facilitate illegal activities, fraud, or scams.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer our AI models or bypass our security measures.
4. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or the use of DaddyDealer.ai shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
